Summer camps are a fun way for kids to learn and rapidly improve through being immersed in chess.  Chess camps are also very fun, since, intermixed with learning activities, there are many fun activities such as "checkmate puzzles", blitz games, and group activities. 

 

June 17-21 (9:00-12:00)  Cranberry Township Municipal Center

  • Description: Each day will feature a mix of instructional and fun activities. Daily activities will include: interactive lessons, tournament play, group and individual problem-solving, and fun team activities. Activities will be tailored to each student’s playing strength. On the final day of the camp, prizes will be awarded for top performers in both team and individual activities.
